BML 309 - Personal Finance 3 credits This course requires students to examine psychological implications and biblical perspectives of three major areas of personal finance: saving, debt and budgeting. As a brief review, the initial course material addresses basic financial terms, various interest and fee calculations and the mechanics of account structure. The materials of the course consist of a variety of online tools as well as required reading addressing the Christian viewpoint of money management. Prerequisite(s): Permission of the acedemic advisor or dean.
