FRM 302 - Principles of Wine Production

This course will study the process of wine production. We will examine the main ingredients of wine and how they produce the many varieties. The chemical properties of wine will be compared and small scale experiments will be performed. 2 hr lecture; 2 hr lab
Prerequisite(s): FRM 201 . Students must be 21 years old at the start of the semester to consume alcohol.
