MGT 370 - Supply Chain Management


3 credits
Supply Chain Management focuses on preparing professionals to manage a wide variety and interconnected systems, including people, resources, and information, to deliver products and services from supplier to the end consumer. The course will help students begin to understand the basics of, as well as gain an understanding and appreciation for the complexity of, supply chains. Understanding the logistical movement of products and services helps students manage the process as well as deliver greater value to their customers by efficiently planning the delivery process, while minimizing  costs. Supply Chain Management careers can be seen in large companies, smaller organizations and even start-up companies.
