FRM 303 - Distillation Products and Technology

This course will study the process of distillation in regards to beverage production and other commodities. We will examine the chemistry and technology used to develop distilled products and the variety of uses of these chemicals. Small scale experiments will be performed. 2 hr lecture; 2 hr lab
