FRM 301 - Principles of Brewing Science 3 credits This course will study the process of brewing beverages. We will study the four main ingredients of brewed beverages and how such a wide variety of beverages can be made from them. The chemical properties of these beverages will be compared and small scale experiments will be performed. 2 hr lecture; 2 hr lab Prerequisite(s): FRM 201 . Students must be 21 years old at the start of the semester to consume alcohol. Term Offered: Fall semester
