To declare a Fermentation Science Major:

Major credit requirements:

  • At least 59 total credits
  • At least 15 credits in residence of 300 level or above courses
  • Exit cumulative GPA of 2.00 in major.

FRM Sample Plan  

*Up to six credits of FRM 490 may count towards the major with 3 credits counting towards the capstone & 3 credits counting towards the electives. The same 3 credits of FRM 490 may not count towards both the capstone and FRM elective credits. 

A major will consist of at least 59 credits:
