Nutritional Sciences Minor

To declare a minor in Nutritional Sciences students must:

1. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher

2. NTS 240 Principles of Nutrition with a ‘C’ or better

3. Interview with departmental faculty

NTS 255 - Food Science 4 credits
NTS 325 - Lifestyle Nutrition 3 credits
NTS 355 - Lifecycle Nutrition II 3 credits
Elective Courses (9 credits or more):
NTS 300 - Sport Nutrition 3 credits
NTS 310 - Food Economics 3 credits
NTS 415 - Medical Nutrition Therapy 3 credits
NTS 450 - Nutritional Sciences Capstone 2 credits
NTS 490 - Nutritional Sciences Internship 1-3 credits
