A combined English/Theatre Minor that focuses on building the skills of storytelling through courses which center on the overall writing process, the use of language in writing, and the study of various genres of plays.

A minimum of 18 credits from the following:

Required Courses:
THR 201 - Script Analysis 3 credits
THR 305 - Playwriting 3 credits
ENG 305 - Creative Writing 3 credits
One of the following:
ENG 293 - Genre Studies: Drama 3 credits
ENG 295 - Genre Studies: Fiction 3 credits
One of the following:
ENG 320 - Medieval and Renaissance Literature 3 credits
ENG 321 - Shakespeare 1 3 credits
One of the following:
THR 101 - Theatre Appreciation 3 credits
THR 285 - Theatre Lab 1 credits
(Must be taken 3x in either a performance and/or backstage role)
