Students are eligible for direct admission to the nursing major after their first semester at WLC, provided they meet the following prerequisite requirements and criteria:
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher while enrolled at WLC (minimum one semester completed)
- A minimum of a C in the required chemistry and psychology courses
- Successfully pass a background check
Major credit requirements:
- A minimum grade of C is required in all courses.
- Exit cumulative GPA of 2.50 in major.
