Business Management and Leadership, BAS

This program is designed for working adults to advance professionally, build leadership capacity, and achieve a bachelor’s degree. The accelerated format of the program is intended to emphasize adult learning strategies and to allow for focus on a topical block of courses in each academic term. During fall and spring semesters, students enroll in four courses, three in six-week formats with an “umbrella” course for the entire eighteen weeks. Each block of courses provides for related studies covering topics of foundations, management, organizational, and practical leadership.

Whatever a student’s aspirations may be and however great the challenges, this program overall emphasizes growth in faith and inspiration for servant leadership so that goals can be accomplished and work-life obstacles minimized.
