NUR 410 - Adult Health 2 2 credits Nursing theory focusing on the health care needs of the adult patient in complex care situations. Analysis of current evidence-based practice standards for the care of adults with an integration of health assessment, pathophysiology, pharmacology and the development of safe, patient-centered nursing interventions for acute and chronic health disorders. Emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction for adults. Prerequisite(s): NUR 345 , NUR 355 , NUR 357 , and concurrent enrollment in NUR 418 Term Offered: Spring semester
