COM 211 - Communication in Groups & Teams

This course guides students through a study of principles, processes, and dynamics of small groups, focusing on the development of attitudes and skills for effective participation, thoughtful decision-making and problem-solving, and self-reflection for enhanced understanding of self and others when communicating. Students will engage in small group projects throughout the semester to gain understanding and practical experience in small group theory and behavior.
