ANT 102 - Cultural Anthropology


3 credits
Culture is a powerful influencer.  A survey of cultural systems examines social patterns, processes, and variations.  Comparative analysis of traditions within language, family structures, religion, race, gender, and how these factors and identities affect tourism, media, art and sports. This course aims to prepare students to positively navigate through and value cultural difference.
Term Offered: Fall and Spring semester
General Education: This course meets the general education Social Science requirement and the Intercultural Knowledge and Competence requirement.
