HSS 410 - Professional Ethics 1 credits This course provides discussion related to the intersection of Christian ethics and the code of ethics for human service professionals. The course overviews least intrusive intervention, least restrictive environment, facilitating client self-determination, appropriate professional boundary maintenance, and employing interdisciplinary team approaches to problem-solving. Students will demonstrate understanding of requirements for client confidentiality, electronic record keeping, and portability of client information. Prerequisite(s): HSS 100 Term Offered: Spring semester
