NUR 355 - Adult Health 1 2 credits Nursing theory focusing on the health care needs of the adult patient in simple care situations. Analysis of current evidence-based practice standards for the care of adults with an integration of health assessment, pathophysiology, pharmacology and the development of safe, patient-centered nursing interventions for acute and chronic health disorders. Emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction for adults. Prerequisite(s): NUR 305 , NUR 315 , and concurrent enrollment in NUR 357
