Grade point average:

To have a major or minor in Spanish, a student must have a minimum grade of C in each course individually and a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 in courses selected by the student to satisfy the major/minor. Students seeking Education certification are required to have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Students who have been waived from taking SPA 202 due to placement test scores will receive credit for it towards a Spanish major or minor.
