CJS 102 - Criminal Law and Procedure

This course introduces students to the study of substantive and procedural criminal law. Lecture topics include: the purposes of criminal law, the elements of criminal law, defenses to crimes, as well as the rules and procedures that govern criminal court before and at trial.
